ScienceLogic Mobile App enables first responders to interact with EM7 from their iOS device. Its designed for technical operations users like NOC staff, Network Engineers or System Administrators and allows an EM7 user to acknowledge and clear events as well as view device and ticket information. Users of this app are current EM7 server users and will already have the necessary credentials to connect to their EM7 servers.
